1. Warehousing of Raw Materials
Damife Cosmetic Labs follows the strictest measures in storing its raw and packaging materials. Before any productions, we ensure the following are put in place: Raw material testing, water analysis, Lab sample quality checks, and packaging. We ensure parameters such as stability testing results, packaging testing to ensure compatibility, bottling filling tests, and other processes that are necessary for a successful production.
2. Production
Damife Cosmetic Labs, semi-automated filling and packaging equipment make processes faster through our management system. Our staff have been fully trained to assign production lot numbers for complete data management.
3. Quality Control
Through professional inspections, our quality control officers ensure that post-production data and parameters are documented in the ERP management systems.
4. Packaging and Sealing
Through professional packaging and sealing, we ensured the finished products and protected and caps were sealed to prevent leakage or damage.
5. Shipment
The finished products are moved to the warehouse for storage and are shipped through our partner logistics company to various parts of the world.
